What is in the Nymph Beauty Box?

The Nymph Botanical Beauty Box is a monthly subscription box for sacred women. Each month the box will include at least 4-8 full size products specially curated to nourish your mind, body, and soul. Our products range from small batch and apothecary beauty and skincare products, cosmetics, beautiful healing stones and crystals, nutritional products and superfoods (yes, we consider chocolate a superfood!), essential oils/aromatherapy, and any other wellness products we think will help encourage spiritual growth and self love. Every month we have an exciting and different theme that ties in a mythological feminine being related to spirituality and nature. All products are always vegan and cruelty-free. No exceptions and no compromises.

How can I have my product included in the Nymph box?

If you are a business with wholesale capability and you think your products would be a great fit, please send us an email at hello@nymphbotanicalbeauty.com and be sure to include the name of your business and website.

When will I be billed?

Your first month's Nymph Beauty Box will be charged as soon as you checkout. Each month after will be billed at the end of the month between the 29th and 1st, prior to the shipping of the next box. All boxes will then ship between the 10th and 26th.

When will my order ship?

Orders are billed at the end of the month for the following month's box. The boxes are then shipped between the 15th and 26th. We ship at this time to allow our brands the time they need to ship out product to us. We ship from California, so states nearby will receive their box within a couple days, and all boxes in the US should arrive within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your box has shipped.

Is your box/products cruelty-free?

YES! We will not support or include any companies that test on animals, we love our furry (and non-furry!) friends!

Is your box vegan?

YES! Every box, and every product is always vegan. We are committed to our animal (and insect) companions and will never include any products that exploit or harm them, including beeswax and honey.

Cancellations/Returns

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept product returns once they have shipped, but you may cancel your subscription at anytime. If your box has already shipped, your subscription will be cancelled for the next box. We hope it never happens, but if there is an issue or damaged product in your box, please let us know right away. If we are able we will replace the item, or we will give a credit towards your next box. We are not responsible for incorrectly entered information, and cannot refund your order once it has shipped. Please double check to make sure you enter your address correctly! You can update your information anytime by logging into your account on our website.
